If those are AC flights, you have the u/g certs, the PNR's don't matter. I have upgraded people on different PNRs at the same time. When you are upgrading on AC.com get one done and once it is complete get the others done.
I understand. But what I'm trying to do is figure out a way to request both PNRs at exactly 96 hours prior to the departure time (which is the same for both flights). I thought about doing one online and one by phone, so the agent and I can (theoretically) both click 'submit' at exactly 96 hours. I'm just wondering if this might lead to some sort of system crash.
