Regarding favorites, there are two things we're looking at doing: 1) Syncing them with the preferred hotels stored in your profile (a little used feature) 2) Allowing more than 6. The issue with allowing more is that the app goes and gets the basic info, weather and time for all favorite hotels - more than 6 really slows things down. We plan to make it progressive.
Either of these options sound like fantastic solutions; thanks for looking into this!

At the bottom of the mobile web site there is a link that says "Full HTML version" right below the language selection. If you click on that, you should see the full site. I just tried it on an iPhone and a Droid Bionic - worked fine. If you're still having trouble, please let me know the phone you're using and the problem you're having and we'll take a look.
I've always had that same problem as well using an iPhone 4S with loading the page http://www.goldpassport.com . It automatically loads a mobile.usablenet.com page that never loads the goldpassport site. If you click on the "original site" link or "previous page" link it just reloads the same mobile.usablenet.com page with no content.

But there is a trick to make it work - go to http://www.hyatt.com, click on "Full HTML Version," click on the Gold Passport link in the upper right hand corner, and you get on goldpassport.com mostly fine (and then bookmark this for future use so you don't have to do this every time). I do still get some errors viewing the goldpassport site this way on an iPhone though - for example on the "my reservations" page, the reservations seem to load on top of one another so it only looks like there is one reservation when there are actually more.
