I stayed once at the Park Lane and I think the only thing worth mentioning is the beautiful Tearoom which seems to be very popular because it was always completely full for the afternoon tea.
I had an upgrade to a junior suite for my stay (and I'm not an Arab Sheikh) and while I had more than enough space for myself the bathroom was not what you would expect. The whole thing was tiled from the floor to the top and the ceiling was about 12feet high. The pipes were on the walls and not behind giving it a very industrial feeling. Reminded me somehow of the facilities during my army time.
Location wise is the Park Lane excellent but still I would try the Le Méridien next time.
