I doubt it was a conscious decision; rather, the staff probably just grabbed some 'claret'. Often when this happens, if you ask for something, they'll grab it for you - both in the CCR and Flounge.

I specifically asked for the SHL in the CCR, and was told that it had officially been replaced by the new Claret.
Asked another server a bit later and was told the same thing.
After finishing the last of a lone bottle of SHL in the F lounge I was told "there is no more."
Also, the all-day menu in the CCR was just changed two days ago. Many of my favorite things like the Caesar salad with chicken and the Salmon are gone. The new menu is nowhere near as good, IMO.
