I agree with most that has been said above.
As Airgroovin' mentioned a big issue is consistency and reliability.

A few additional comments:
- The 743 premium equipment is below par. All F/J seating should be consistent with the leased 77W, especially flat beds in J and truly flat bed with privacy in F; big screens with good avod system, etc... Even on 77W, it is sad that they removed the F mattress/duvet that were used by 9W. Probably to complicated to manage by TG.

- Training the old and heavy FAs used on 744 in F is useless. They are totally unmotivated. TG should do like on the 77W with a mix of old and junior staff.

- I have stopped using TG for business travel because their manual yield management system is impossible, actually totally crazy. The way the system work is indeed to favor awards from all *A members. I understand that members are happy with TG awards (I am too), but just impossible to use for business travel.
