For my return in late November on a Friday PM, at OLCI for my TA ticket on Saturday for the Sunday outbound, MMB only offered me the upgrade at the standard price to the lowest CE bucket, which was far from special.
I still paid to upgrade!
The CE cabin included the first few rows of the cabin that starts at door 2.
