In business class things which would help are:
- Main meal served on a proper plate with nice presentation rather than an identical to economy class casserole dish.
- Yoghurt served in a proper bowl and not in a plastic tub. Also - use proper quality yoghurt not the cheap Thai stuff ex-BKK
- Ditch the chicken sausage on breakfasts ex-BKK... it looks and tastes awful
- More cocktail options in the menu, perhaps welcome on board cocktails too (like Cathay)
- Greet passengers by name throughout the flight. i.e. Mr XXX (virtually never done in my experience on Thai).
