I agree w/Cordelli completely.
When you do not show up your name/hhonors account number will be removed from the reservation and it will not post to your account.
For those who feel entitled to bene's they did not earn, work a little harder, travel a little more, get your own hhonors account and follow the T&C.
People who try to 'cheat the system' make it harder on those who do abide by the T&C (hence, bene's get cut or modified).
This scenario is all toooo common. Hence, who's one to believe when so many of these people exists?
This is like expecting
