It will depend on what AC books itself on the SQ flight. On website bookings, AC tends to book itself as V class on SQ when the boarding pass prints out with SQ.. and that means no miles.

If you can book this elsewhere , ie through a TA for example, the SQ portion can be booked as SQ flight number but in K class. The fare should be exactly the same..if not less than what AC quotes you.
