If there is, then I slipped through the cracks when I flew IAD-LHR-IAD in December on tickets bought in WT+ on my Chase card during the last WT+ sale with a 10% discount. Upgraded to CW both ways: outbound flight when I booked online and inbound when a seat opened up about a week before the flight.

Even without the discount, it's a nice deal but better when it costs about $110 less. That kind of discount more than makes up for the $95 annual fee. Of course, we know what rip-off artists both Chase and BA are. . .

I know the discount is advertised through the end of 2012. I'll be interested to see if Chase continues the offer or puts another incentive in place as several of their other cards (Southwest, Sapphire) offer incentives in the form of annual miles/points renewal bonuses to induce folks to pay the annual fee.
