Great review! I have been looking at a number of Hiltons around the world to go visit that I have not been to yet and you made a very compelling case for the Sofia Hilton. I would be interested to know if you have any other reviews or details about the city itself and what you did or what you would suggest for a visit. How many days would you recommend.

I think Sofia has a lot going for it, but it is not yet the tourist hot spot. The city has some cool places to see but it is small and can knock that out in a day. There is also a military museum in the city. I would tell anyone to do some day trips outside the city. It is not bad to "rent" a taxi for the day. Last time I was there It was spring and did a day out for 80 Euro and stopped at some small towns. Here some
