So it got my thinking what would Thai have to do in its premium classes in order to be considered a Premium carrier both soft and hard products.
1. Have less award availability in C and F and more revenue pax.
2. Crew speaking English and not poor Thinglish.
3. Get rid of the TIP's on board who mess up the service with their arrogance.
