If she had a spouse card on your account, the one you upgraded, then I believe that card would no longer be valid. She will either have to get her own card, which will put the spend on her MQM bonus, or you'll have to put her on yours.

When I got mine,the only way to get my spouse on it was to pay the $150 charge ..don't know how dd1612 managed to get 3 people on for free but maybe he'll share that with us.

Edited to add: We both had Delta Platinum cards to begin with, each of us having a card on the other's acct.
