If you do call, don't forget to write down and name of the customer service agent you talk to and the date. You never know if it will come in handy later. I have an incident when I called to switch and at the end of the promotion, the bonus didn't post and I have to contact customer service and they asked to whom I spoke to. The good thing is everything works out.
