Hoping this is the right place for my question.

I am a BA Silver so OW Sapphire.

I have flights booked for Aug/Sept this year PEK-HKG return on Dragonair economy class and then HKG-Denpasar return on CX business class.

I booked the Dragonair flights as redemption flights via BA using Avios & a small amount of cash but the CX flight we've paid for, no Avios used but pure hard cash.

My question is this: We get 20kg allowance on Dragonair but 30kg allowance on CX. Can we take somewhere inbetween that as a OW Sapphire even though the flights were booked seperately?

Advice with this is much appreciated.
