lol - thanks for your replies I will be seated right in the back in 39a and 39b of the 777 specifically because it will give me more space and if I want to straighten the arm by hanging it over the arm rest I wont be in anyone's way.BA has noted this in hopes of avoiding a seat change. I will certainly try the hot water bottle suggestion and am most appreciative of it. Hoping no one considers it a weapon lol because virtually anything could be considered a weapon then.
