Will be travelling shortly via BA in WT. Have a frozen shoulder that benefits greatly from heat and I predict it will be quite irratated by carrying luggage.I use heat as a substitute for pain killers. Given that my flight is at night, do BA have such things on board? My hot/cold heating divice is a gel and would not be alowed in hand luggage. Just do not want to pack pain killers and would not want to take them in any case whilst flying.
