go air is pretty good with being on time....kingfisher has been having some financial troubles so i would avoid them if i had another option....
I live in Delhi. I work with a couple of different travel agents here and they won't even book on Kingfisher anymore. Kingfisher is rumored to be very close to filing for bankruptcy protection (depending on who you listen to). They seem to cancel and delay flights all the time now.
If I had any other option I would look at that.
