I was told it 3 months from card issue date, which is out of sync with statement date. I have had to really fight to get my bonus miles as I had checked if I was eligible prior to applying,they have finally agreed to give me the offer, after numerous calls. Am still waiting for my user ID though..still hold some hope that it will arrive
