Im in the same boat and have moved from Blue to Bronze early December and then Bronze to Silver around the 20th. Both orders sit as fulfilled in my exec club but no sign of any card.

Really disappointed to have waited this long for status and now not receiving the card to back it up.

What on earth can take so long?
