Last time I got this, however, I accidentally found a work-around. I logged out, and logged back in, and checked-in again. It gave me by BP for some reason.
Even without that on your BP, our computers have a list of people who checked in remotely and will require passport verification. We don't skip that step, even if it does not print on the BP.
