So, like most others on here who have the premium card I have received my first statement with no sign of the 10 x bonus points having posted.

I made a call into Lloyds customer services they explained that there had been an IT problem and confirmed I had registered via the correct link. Like others have reported, I got told that the points would definitely post, possibly manually, after the three month period, but not to worry I would definitely get them. Not ideal but I was happy with that.

Today I arrived home to find a letter from Lloyds saying they had looked into the matter and that because I had previously had an Avios Duo card (presumably they mean Air Miles Duo) in 2008 and had earned a 1500 mile bonus that I am now not eligible for the 10x bonus promo.

I foresee an angry phone call and a cancellation of my account in the near future...
