I'm an LPPS member and I don't get replies to complaints so don't hold your breath.

When you fly with SQ you are meant to be grateful for the experience and recognise that they know best about everything and if you can't recognise that then you shouldn't be flying with them.

Of course, flying with them is very difficult because you can't book through their website but senior managment don't think there's anything wrong with it nine months later!

I agree, even some of the latest products are not standing the test of time well in particular F on the A380 is a bit shabby.
