FCL B is the easiest option. I have done FCT though with 60 min connnections, it was enough for 20 minutes in the terminal. LOT is a part of the Lufthansa group so you should be picked up at the remote apron to Schengen arrivals B in a car. Then up an escalator and you'll find yourself in the Schengen area of B. FCL B is just through passport control at gate B22. I think you just need to go through passport control and not any further security like you need to do at the FCT (obvisiouly since you need to go landside for it), however if you get an A gate (meaning no limotransfer from your plane) it may aswell be as easy just to go landside to the FCT.
LOT does not participate in the FCT / HON benefits.
There will be no pick up and no access to the FCT.
