Making DC Gold/FT feel welcome onboard
Hi All,
I am a regular traveller between BSL and LHR. On the flight yesterday (probably half-way into it), the head/lead steward made an great effort to greet me in person (along the lines of: you are a regular on our service.. etc). I was impressed that he a) made the effort to speak to me by name and b) that he made sure I was fine. Is this a new something corporate thing or was he just being proactive?
I know that LH used to do something similar.
Any experiences?
