Amex Reserve also offers another perk
As someone mentioned earlier, the Amex Reserve also has the concierge perks. One of those perks is roadside assistance. I've had the card since July 2011 and never realized this amenity. Makes the cost per year more valuable IMO.

I'm not sure whether the Reserve card improves your upgrade chances. Last year, I'm pretty sure I've read on either Delta.com or Amex site.

So far, I've been pleased with the Delta miles and bonus miles added right into my Delta account. Helped get me the miles for 2 BE award tix.
