Didn't know that even within Europe there was so much difference.
A US card would be an option for me as well. I would meet all requirements to have on (Tax ID, US checking account, ...) only: my major income is in Belgium. The ideal situation for me would be to have 2 cards (1 US, 1 Belgian) and combine the MR points in 1 account. I'm afraid however that won't be possible.
Those 2 cards would allow me to avoid the forex conversion fees as well.
Has anybody got any experience on this?
