Hello JAL gurus

Next month I will be flying JL1 SFO-HND in J arrving Tokyo at 22:30, then connect to HND-HKG on CX Y the next day (the most immediate connection to HKG from HND). They are on two separate tickets - SFO-HND on AA AAdvantage award ticket, HND-HKG and beyong on BA Avios award.
I have no status with oneworld

Will

1. JL check my bags all the way SFO-HND-HKG so I don't have to re-check my bags at HND, even though I'll overnight in Tokyo?

2. JL or CX, accept my baggage allowance of 2x32Kg since I will be flying from US in business class? Intra-Asia in Y is only 23Kg on CX.

Many thanks for any tips/comments. I LOVE Haneda airport by the way - with a nice viewing deck and interesting shops (Edo Street eateries, Hello Kitty Store and a racetrack for remote-controlled toycars!) The JAL Sakura lounge is AWESOME! Great food selection and nice showers.
