Today at ORD I had a standard (D) booked, I asked for NeverLost and EZPass since I left my GPS and EZPass at home, and the fuel purchase option. Got to my car and it was a Ford Escape (Q4). It snowed today also... to say I was thrilled about the upgrade would be putting it mildly.
