Dress code for dinner was pretty casual. A lot of people in shorts and boat shoes. We rocked jeans and t-shirts/polos. The only restriction is no bathing suit.
They had quite a few activities offered, but we didn't do anything through the hotel. I really wanted to go on the kayaking/snorkeling day trip, but ended up sitting on the beach instead. The resort offers free boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and sea kayaks. You can also rent jet skis for $45 for 30 minutes or take surfing lessons for not much. Then there are the $35 hour long beach massages.
Thanks for posting this great Trip Report. I really appreciate the info you gave. Any additional information regarding reservations for the restaurants at night? I am not quite sure which restaurants are open which nights but I would assume we should be making reservations in advance. Is that a correct assumption?
Additionally, which excursion did you do? Who did you use? Would you recommend that one or any other activities you heard about?
