Thanks for the suggestion, this is viable but it means picking up the luggage in HYD and rechecking the bags.

KF's flight is direct (same flight) all the way from BLR.

Thanks everyone for the concerns but in the short term I think KF will come through as the routes I am flying are either major cities or high revenue. Also my timings are flexible so as long as they take off at some time on that day I will be OK.

Once again many thanks for all the suggestions and alternatives suggested. If I must face the worst, I would be aware of all options thanks to you all.
