Problems exploring reward flight availability

I check every day for seats opening up on ba.com to be able to MFU an upcoming flight. Every time I use the explore tool it crashes...every time, every day.

Anyone else experiencing this? I can understand a crash now and again, especially when it was first introduced but really a few months on to have it crash daily while trying to get the info I need is unacceptable in my opinion. I get the same response with avios.com or ba.com. Even more fun if you start to change the amount of pax...I get the availability changing to a complete lottery...1 pax shows no availability one time, 3 pax shows second half of month availability, 2 pax shows scattered availability...so it is not working correctly.

Am I alone in this or are others suffering in silence?

I only want to check availability for 2 people in business a few months away to one airport. (March, LHR to YVR). As this requires several clicks, I find I can click about 3-5 times to get towards the desired info and then I get these screens. (logged in to BAEC or not, doesn't matter, I have only tried accessing the site using Mac OS 10.7.2 and Safari 5.1.2 with no extensions and allowing cookies.

When I close the 'layer' I get this lovely white screen of death...

HELP! This is not meant to be a rant, I really want to find out what I need to change or make BA aware that the tool is not stable so it can get fixed please!
