Sadly, not like BA where on even the shortest of Band1 flights there can be a full meal and bar service in the premium cabin with even far more than 16 passengers. E.G. AMS-LHR; 200NM.
But, as you point out, these flights are just a means to an end. You can't be disappointed with something you know won't be offered.
