i've cancelled a refundable "I" ticket (ex-TPE) at the end of November 2011, and still waiting for the money to come back to my credit card. i'm on the 8th weeks.
the ticket was purchased via CX's website.
wrote to eService twice (online form), no reply.
rang eService (after a good 35 mins wait) last week and was told she would email or phone me back since the computer was down, she could not check the status of the refund. no she did not.
rang again (another good 35 mins wait), the guy (immediately) respond the payment has ben processed.
rang TPE office, she said it's been processed and usually would only take 3 weeks, and start to give me a lesson on how i maight have missed the "monthly refund" cut off date...ect (maybe for Taiwan Amex?)
rang Amex (here in New Zealand), the guy on the phone said he can not see any refund since Nov last year, if any would show up immediately and can be viewed online too. he offered me to suspend the CX purchase if i like. i told him i'll give CX a couple more days.
where is my money??
