Promotion excludes The Ritz-Carlton Millennia, Singapore, The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal, Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, The Ritz-Carlton Destination ClubŪ, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, and Partner Hotels.
I've noticed that the Singapore RC is always exempt from these promotions, but this is the first time I've noticed the Montreal establishment being excluded. Does this mean that they are not participating in any part of the Ritz-Carlton Rewards system?
