It's an IT oversight budget customer service is aware of. You can make the reservations with the BCD but no rewards program selected, then email customer service with your reservation #s and CC #.
I tend to send my reservations over in batches and haven't had trouble getting credit once they put the number in. However you won't be able to change the reservation without taking the CC # out.
