+1. I've also been victim of some bad in-flight food on a transcon. I have a great deal of sympathy for #1. As for #2, he's as bad as the jerk on a recent DL flight that decided to watch a movie on his laptop - no headset/earbuds - at full volume during flight.
Did you at least call him on it? I always do in situations like this, not emotionally or rudely (well I try not anyway), but this behavior really needs to be stemmed. No use complaining on the interwebz if you don't make your displeasure known at the time.
