If you are not a PPS Club member, then expect a long delay with your reply. It's the SQ way of doing business.
SQ's standards have declined significantly and they seem to have no clue how to go about fixing their lousy website, iPhone App, Social Media via Facebook and Twitter.
Not to mention that their aircrafts are looking dirtier, older and the seats in J class longhaul are showing signs of age and dirt marks. The meal service is sub standard and they haven't revised their Book the Cook Menu options - it is becoming very boring to eat the same old BTC options.
When will SQ learn! Seriously.
