Greetings!
I have made a mileage booking YVR-LHR (F), but there is no availability for our connecting flight to CDG in either CE or ET. Granted, this is some time out, but is also over xmas 2012. Obviously, I will keep trying for availability with crossed fingers. My question is whether an ongoing paid ET could be added to the milage booking, and what the checked baggage rules would be? Also, would we have access to the CCR with a paid connecting ET ticket ( I think yes).
