I wonder if the administrators really already have our email addresses. (Of course they do.) But the reason I'm keying on this is that I submitted my comment at about 11:00 am ET, and at about 1:00 pm, I received the TalkBoard newsletter for the first time. First point made. But I wonder if it was a ping (to confirm the path), or to assure a patent path, or a random act of kindness.
