Yes - our work internet connection goes via Germany, and I keep on getting ads for it. The
premium card has a stonking 20,000 Avios sign-up bonus (for a €89 annual fee), so they're not ignoring European frequent fliers entirely. Unfortunately for the OP, they are ignoring Denmark.
