Something kind of similar happened to me on tickets I purchased for an upcoming flight. In my case it was that online, my husband's ticket showed his first name after his last name (it was also before his last name, so it read "Bob Smith Bob".) My reservation was perfectly fine. I know I did not type it in this way. I called Jetblue and they told me that they did not see it in their system the way I was reporting, they only saw "Bob Smith". They told me it wouldn't be an issue and should not print out on the boarding pass incorrectly. Obviously haven't printed boarding passes yet as flight's not til next week. Is this name issue actually showing up on your boarding pass, or just on the reservation online? Hopefully it will not be a problem for you but you could always call Jetblue to double check and to see how it reads in their system.
