I feel your pain... as I've been there before on UAX especially. I never went so far as to send in a letter, I did politely comment to the GA that when there are so many "elites" cramming onto a RJ, we should call each level individually. She replied that sometimes it's a pushback timing issue to get everyone on board.

Then I also left a comment on ualsurvey... think anybody reads those things?
