Would you use an SWU for a 3 or 5 seat center row?
  1. What is a center row?
  2. I can't imagine not upgrading a 3-hour flight if possible, let alone an 11-hour one. Are you kidding?
  3. Whether or not "blocked" (there is no official blocking on AA now anyway), any seat in one's ticketed cabin is fair game once the boarding door is closed. Personally, I would not be comfortable with lying about the fact that the seats were unoccupied. YMMV.
