No, you can't book AA flights using BA miles either online at aa.com or by calling AA reservations.

You can however figure out which flights are available by looking at the Milesaver (not AAnytime) awards on AA - BA has access to pretty much the same seats.

I believe you can also get the same answer from qantas.com. Independent sites like expertflyer don't IIRC show BA award availability, though KVS might?
