Hi guys. I took advantage of the worldwide offers and booked an economy fixed ticket to Tokyo. I was surprised to see that I could pick emergency exit seats even though I don't have status with SAS (I'm using my EB account since it's not possible to get points on a T ticket with A3).

Anyway, I was planning to buy an upgrade to eco+ or possibly biz with my EB points. My question is: how good or bad are these emergency exit seats (row 31)? Are the hard and soft products worth upgrading for in this case?

And as far as I understand I will only be able to request the upgrade at check-in, correct? How likely am I to get it?
