Three different portals to get basic info , and yes an using the most recent app version. I give up.
As it is now, you need to do the initial check in on the application to get the mobile boarding pass on the device. We are working on trying to make the boarding pass more dynamic (meaning that the BP reflects changes after your initial check in) as well as seeing how we can allow for getting the mobile boarding pass even though you have checked in through another channel (online, kiosk or with an agent).
As far as the upgrade list not being available on the device but pulling up online, we'll have to investigate that. Ultimately they go to the same data source, so it'll require a little investigation on our side to see if we can figure out why it pulls up in one context but not in another.
