As part of the Hilton Honors Blue Membership I see that we have decent benefits and I had some questions.

1. It says we have expedited checkin can we use the Hilton Honors checkin at hotels like Hilton,Embassy Suites etc?

2. What is the Late Checkout policy if its available? Could we stay in the room until 3 PM or is it 1 hour past the checkout time of noon?

3. How do we contact the hotel Hilton Honor's manager to assist us with requests? Is this just the concierge who acts as this or is there a real dedicated manager on duty to help?

4. Why would they list Express Checkout as a benefit when all you do is go to your TV or dial a special number to do Express Checkout and all incidentals after midnight are automatically charged to the credit card on file? I have been doing Express Checkout on the old Lodgenet system since 1991.
