I just completed my stay at St Regis, Grand Hyatt and Sukhothai.
St Regis, my second time in this hotel. The previous stay was May 2011. I found few management and most of employees are new to me, even they have new GM now. They should really focus on guest recognition and looking for details on guest service.
Sukhothai, we booked Garden Suite. The hotel design is amazing, when I walk into the hotel I found my mind became more clam and relax. The Thai restaurant Celadon has new head chef, the food is more sweeter compare with my last experience and probably not as good as before.
Grand Hyatt, our highlight in this Bangkok trip. The Spa cottage is over my expectation. When we arrive hotel, the assistant manager take us to the room and Spa manager join us for tour around the cottage. They really take every single minute during our stay. I will definitely back to Spa cottage next time.
