Well, maybe I don't understand what you're looking for. If wordpress is what you'd call a "blogging platform", then AFAIK, MS does not have one. That seems to be what you're asking about, but please provide examples of some other blogging platforms if I'm missing something.

Microsoft and WordPress just announced that WordPress.com will become the default blogging platform for Windows Live. I guess this recent announcement by WP and MS answers my question.
I assume in that case that BING will favor/prefer or otherwise give time priority to blog posts made on WP platform. (Same way as Blogger posts get priority on g+/you search+).
And then I may be wrong.
